To help new members get into work more quickly and achieve role transitions, the company has carefully prepared a month-long training program. The first week of training covered topics from understanding semiconductor packaging processes and materials to IPM structural design and working principles, as well as reliability experiments. The instructors shared their insights and experiences, and the trainees gained a lot.
On the morning of July 16, the new colleagues, full of energy, arrived at the national 5A-level scenic spot—Huizhou West Lake—for an outreach activity. During the event, everyone worked together as a team, overcoming multiple obstacles. This event has enhanced mutual understanding and enhanced team cohesion.
