The establishment of Zhihao Microelectronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. has opened a new chapter for Aerospace Holdings! Guided by the overall strategy of China Aerospace International Holdings Co., Ltd., the company began laying out in 2018 and established an IPM packaging R&D center in 2020, officially entering the integrated circuit packaging field. In December 2020, the first IPM sample was born. In 2021, it successfully completed multiple formal sample productions and passed reliability experiments, completed engineering samples and small-batch trial production for various customers, and has now officially started production.
A new starting point, a new journey! In 2022, the company was officially established and fully expanded its production lines. We believe that in the near future, the company will shine brightly in the power semiconductor packaging industry!
