Zhihao Microelectronics held its 2023 annual work meeting
On January 13, Zhihao Microelectronics held its 2023 annual work meeting, attended by company managers at the supervisory level and above. The meeting summarized the work of 2022 and laid out plans for 2023. Mr. Lin Jianming, Vice President of Aerospace Holdings, attended the meeting and gave important instructions.
At the meeting, Deputy General Managers Wang Muchun, Xie Dongyin, and Zhou Shaoxiong each presented their respective work reports, while General Manager Lin Zhijian presented the company's annual work report. The meeting summarized the company's main work in 2022. Over the past year, under the guidance of Aerospace Holdings, General Manager Lin Zhijian led the entire company to adhere to a quality-first orientation, fully engage in market development, actively carry out scientific research and innovation, and continuously optimize product processes, fully implementing the principle of "safety first." Prevention first, comprehensive management," strictly enforcing epidemic prevention and control, and actively promoting Party conduct and clean government construction.
The meeting proposed the work tasks for 2023:
- Expanding the market with quality to establish a strong reputation for quality within the industry;
- Continuously enhancing R&D capabilities and applying for multiple patents;
- Responding to the national import substitution strategic plan, efficiently advancing new capacity construction;
- Strengthen talent pipeline construction;
- Strengthen the investigation and management of safety production hazards to ensure no major safety accidents throughout the year;
- Fully implement responsibilities for Party building and Party conduct and clean government construction, strengthen self-discipline and integrity, and create a clean and upright working environment.
Finally, Vice President Lin Jianming delivered an important speech. He stated that Zhihao Company is the only startup with an independent R&D project in Aerospace Holdings, which is highly significant. He thanked the team led by General Manager Lin Zhijian for their efforts and put forward three hopes for Zhihao's future development:
He hopes Zhihao Company will maintain a high starting point and high positioning, firmly uphold high standards, carry out high-quality advancement, and lead planning and resource allocation through high positioning. Only with high standards can sustainable development be achieved;
He hopes Zhihao will increase its R&D and innovation efforts, focus on the characteristics of the high-tech market and focus on future R&D qualification, and accelerate at a new starting point;
He hopes Zhihao Company will plan the use of the new factory and office building with a high starting point and high positioning, and according to the investment plan for the new factory, effectively attract and cultivate talent, building the company into a true high-tech enterprise.
Vice President Lin also put forward two requirements: First, the leadership team must be bold in innovation, focus on strategic goals, and implement them unswervingly; Second, the entire Zhihao company team is required to maintain integrity in their work, create a clean and upright working atmosphere, focus on their own positions, and proactively fill the gaps.
Vice President Lin encouraged everyone that the development of Zhihao Company has sounded the horn, and every member should devote themselves to their work with full confidence! Firmly set high standards, start from a high point and positioning, and unswervingly promote high-quality development, with direction in mind and strong action! We believe that under the leadership of General Manager Lin Zhijian, Zhihao Company will surely create a bright future that all employees can be proud of!
At the end of the meeting, General Manager Lin Zhijian signed the 2023 work responsibility agreement with the company's three deputy general managers.
