Congratulations to Zhihao Microelectronics for passing DNV's on-site audit of ISO9001 quality system and IATF16949 compliance certification

From November 24 to 25, 2022, three auditors from DNV from Norwegian Classification Society visited Zhihao Microelectronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. for the first on-site audit of Zhihao Microelectronics' ISO9001:2005 system and IATF16949:2016 conformity certifications.

Since its establishment in May 2022, Zhihao Microelectronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. has adhered to a quality-oriented approach in its work. Shortly after the company was founded, it began planning the ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality system. The company's system includes 5 customer-oriented processes, 4 management processes, and 5 support processes, comprehensively covering all aspects of company operations and product implementation.

The DNV audit team conducted a comprehensive review of our company's sales management, development management, manufacturing, order delivery, customer service, human resources, information management, external supply, resource management, quality monitoring, business planning, management review, internal audit, and continuous improvement, affirming the system's operation and also pointing out shortcomings. Finally, the audit team concluded that Zhihao Microelectronics' quality management system is appropriate, effective, and adequate, and announced that Zhihao Microelectronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. successfully passed the on-site audit for compliance certification between the ISO9001 and IATF16949 systems.

At the final meeting, Mr. Lin Zhijian, General Manager of the company, expressed gratitude to the DNV audit team for their audit, and stated that system certification is not simply about obtaining certification, but about effectively implementing ISO9001 and IATF16949 system management into daily work, ensuring comprehensive and full-process execution. Mr. Lin required all company staff to study thoroughly, standardize management, and align with system requirements, use what is said, write what is written for oneself, and implement effective quality control throughout the entire process of product development, production, and service, ensuring the provision of products that satisfy customers and laying a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development.
