On May 24, Zhihao Microelectronics celebrated its first anniversary.

This year has been one of forging ahead. From establishment to development, the company started from scratch and gradually expanded its scale. From trial and mass production in Phase I to the investment and construction of Phase II, we have steadily developed step by step. While the company is developing rapidly and high-quality, it has also enhanced employees' sense of happiness and belonging within the enterprise.

This year was one of efficient innovation. Since its establishment, the company has been dedicated to innovation in IPM product structure, as well as research in processes and manufacturing. By adjusting packaging structure design and optimizing tooling fixtures, it has significantly improved product performance and production efficiency.

This year was a year of forging ahead. The company's Party leadership has been continuously strengthened, management levels have steadily improved, and the corporate culture system has become more complete.

Courageously overcome difficulties and actively expand markets

At the company's inception, the marketing department successfully formed a business team and established and standardized business rules and regulations. We actively expanded our market, developing over 60 clients, including 3 overseas clients. While customer development progressed smoothly, the company also received good publicity and promotion.

Strengthening research to promote innovation

Since its establishment, the company has developedDIP29, DIP29PM, DIP25, SDIP26, SDIP26FP, VSOP23, EasyPIM and other packaged products, and have established packaging and testing foundry production lines. Among them, DIP29 and DIP25 have entered mass production, while SDIP26 and EasyPIM are in trial production.

Currently, we have completed OEM production for over 100 products for more than 30 domestic and international clients, covering 650V, 1200V, and maximum current 200A.

The company places great importance on building testing capabilities. All mass-produced packaged products can be independently developed with testing capabilities. The short development time saves customers a significant amount of time in packaging testing for new products and accelerates product time-to-market.

The company attaches great importance to intellectual property protection, having applied for 26 patents, 17 granted, and 9 accepted, including 6 invention patents, 19 utility model patents, and 1 software copyright registration.

Reliability testing is crucial for power devices. Zhihao Microelectronics has established reliability testing capabilities for high and low temperature storage, temperature cycling, temperature shock, power cycling, HAST, UHAST, high-temperature cooking, high-temperature reversal, and high-temperature service life. Each quarter, environmental tests are arranged for mass production lines to monitor their stability.

Improving quality and efficiency to boost production, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery

Over the past year, the manufacturing system has consistently aimed at the order fulfillment rate of the marketing department, delivering on time. As new customers and new products develop, the company continuously builds and improves supporting resources, reasonably arranges production and shipping, and ensures product delivery.

Continuously improve and optimize processes. A special improvement team was established to enhance product yield, and activities were organized to establish 6 SIGMA project improvement topics and continuous improvement projects.

Fully cooperate in new product development:

(1) Conduct specialized DOE tests to establish the process conditions for DIP25 and SDIP26 complete line operations;

(2) New packaging DIP25, SDIP26, VSOP23, EASYPIM 2B and other tooling, material boxes, and controls

Design and modification of DIP29 mold cavities for automotive products, etc.

In response to the national environmental protection call, research and use of wastewater-free discharge processes have been conducted.

According to the company's development plan, Phase I added two new production lines, focusing on SDIP26 and DI25 products, and introduced more than 40 advanced pieces of equipment.

Adhering to the principle of balancing quality and efficiency, creating the future through quality

Since its establishment in May 2022, the company has begun planning and building ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality systems, carrying out quality work according to system requirements. In November of the same year, it passed the on-site audit by Norwegian Classification Society DNV for compliance certification of the company's ISO9001 and IATF16949 systems. In January 2023, obtained the ISO9001 certificate, and in February, obtained the IATF16949 conformity certification letter.

Over the past year, the company has strictly followed quality management system standards in production, gradually establishing a standardized long-term mechanism for manufacturing production and quality management, and achieving the goal of zero major safety and quality incidents throughout the year.

Zhihao Microelectronics plans from a high starting point and implements high-efficiency advancement to meet high-quality and high-standard requirements.
