To strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force of all employees, on May 20, the Zhihao Microelectronics Party Branch, Youth League Branch, Trade Union, and Administration and HR Department jointly organized an employee tug-of-war competition themed "Zhihao Sets Sail, United to Create Brilliance," and to celebrate the company's first anniversary The event took place at the Aerospace Science and Technology (Huizhou) Industrial Park.

Participating teams are organized by activity groups, with a total of 4 teams, each consisting of 12 participants. The competition uses a knockout format, with team captains drawing lots before the match to determine the order of appearance.

Today, all employees of the company shed their usual professional shirt and formal outfits, appearing in uniformly customized cultural shirts, showcasing the youthful and energetic style of the young team.

Before the competition, Mr. Wang Muchun, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a speech. Mr. Wang stated that the company's development depends on the efforts of every Zhihao employee. Everyone works hard in their respective positions and shines in their respective fields. It is precisely because of these small nails like us that Zhihao Microelectronics can forge ahead in the turbulent sea. Mr. Wang pointed out that over the past year, we have achieved many accomplishments, including patents, processes, and R&D achievements. Holding a tug-of-war competition on this anniversary is very meaningful, and he proposed that our team should work together like a tug-of-war, uniting as one and working together. Finally, Mr. Wang wishes everyone to compete at their best—friendship first, competition second.

As the competition began, all participating teams shouted their slogans together, each showcasing their strongest lineup, demonstrating their determined victory.

The match began, with the players gripping the long ropes tightly, their hearts filled with determination, eyes fixed on the future. At the sound of the whistle, the team members pulled back with all their strength, and the rope united everyone's hearts. Employees who did not participate spontaneously formed cheerleading squads to cheer for the players, with rhythmic shouts and chants rising and falling in the air. The players on the field were all full of fighting spirit, using their hard work and sweat to show us the meaning of unity. Their tenacious perseverance and fighting spirit moved everyone.
